We are pleased to extend a warm welcome during your visit to Oaxaca. Ro-House is a space designed to offer you comfort, tranquility, and an authentic experience in the heart of the city. Our commitment is to provide you with attentive and personalized service to make your stay memorable.

This property has five independent apartments. We invite you to tour our common areas and use this guide as a reference to make the most of your stay.

We offer Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property. Below is the recommended access information for each apartment:

For stays longer than 10 days, apartment cleaning is included at no additional cost once a week, including the change of sheets and towels. Additional cleaning outside of this service is available at a cost of $15 USD per cleaning.

For your convenience, each apartment includes 3 rolls of toilet paper upon arrival. If you need more during your stay, you can purchase additional rolls at $20 MXN each.

We offer 20 liters of purified water at no extra charge. If you require an additional 20-liter bottle, the cost is $70 MXN pesos.

To make your arrival and departure as comfortable as possible, please note:

  • Check-in and check-out times: Both are at 12:00 pmThis way, we can prepare the apartment and welcome the next travelers with the same care we gave you.

  • Return of keys and remote control: Upon departure, please leave your apartment keys and the remote control for the electric gate in the small flowerpot next to the entrance door.

If you need a little more flexibility with your schedule, please don't hesitate to send us a message; we'll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Enjoy your stay and thank you for choosing us!

To keep our space clean and sustainable, we ask you to please separate your trash into two categories:

  • Organic: food scraps, peels, used napkins, etc.

  • Inorganic: plastics, glass, cans and containers in general.

The containers are located on the left side of the pedestrian wooden door (the one with the stairs). At the end of your stay, please place each type of waste in its corresponding bin.
